Shoot Smart - Fort Worth Area


Position Overview

Shoot Smart is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across multiple indoor shooting range locations. This position performs repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance activities while helping ensure operational reliability across facilities.

This role is intended for technicians with prior maintenance experience who can independently diagnose issues and manage work across multiple systems.


What You'll Do

  • Perform maintenance and repairs across shooting ranges, retail spaces, and support areas.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
  • Prioritize work orders and service requests based on operational impact.
  • Document maintenance activities using the CMMS system.
  • Maintain safe work practices and clean work areas.
  • Communicate repair status and project updates.
  • Support continuous facility improvements.
  • Work may include:
  1. HVAC systems and basic controls.
  2. Plumbing repairs and facility systems.
  3. Mechanical and range-related equipment.
  4. Basic IT and network troubleshooting.
  5. Grounds maintenance and facility upkeep.
