We have an opportunity for a Smart Meter Engineer to join us at Honeywell, in central belt Scotland , where you will be responsible for technical support and service maintenance of the smart metering and associated Advance Metering Instructure (AMI) at our customer sites, understanding the client's operational requirements and how these are met by Honeywell's solutions. This role will predominantly serve customers across central belt Scotland but Scotland wide travel will be required from time to time.

  • Provide technical support, training, and workshops to customers on operation, maintenance, and optimisation of smart water metering solutions.
  • Deliver second-line technical support by investigating and resolving smart metering and AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) incidents, both remotely and in the field.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and third-party technology providers to ensure successful configuration, deployment, and delivery of metering and telecommunications equipment.
