Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The right candidate is organized, takes initiative, works well both independently and with others, and is excited to contribute to a team-driven environment. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products and materials.
- Pick, pack, and stage products for outgoing shipments.
- Perform local deliveries to job sites as needed using a company transit van.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and control processes.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus; training available).
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist in staging products for installation crews and service teams.
- Perform light computer work for inventory management and order tracking.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
- Must be drug free and able to pass screenings.
- Strong work ethic: dependable, organized, and motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift operation experience preferred (will train).
- Basic computer skills for warehouse software/inventory tracking.
