Casaplex specializes in integrated Smart Home and Smart Office solutions, and we’re expanding our team! We’re looking for a motivated and people-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is excited to be the first point of contact for potential clients and help shape the future of connected residential and commercial spaces.

As an SDR at Casaplex, you’ll play a critical role in generating new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and introducing them to our suite of cutting-edge technologies—including smart networks, automation systems, audio/video distribution, security solutions, motorized shades, and lighting control. Your goal: spark interest, build relationships, and hand off qualified opportunities to our sales team.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities across both commercial and residential markets

  • Represent Casaplex’s high-end smart technology solutions with confidence and professionalism

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and set initial meetings

  • Educate prospects on how integrated technology can enhance their living or working environment

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support ongoing sales efforts

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in CRM

  • Assist in developing outreach strategies and messaging to improve lead generation efforts

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of sales development, inside sales, or related experience (technical or smart technology sales is a plus)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills—you can simplify complex concepts and connect with clients easily

  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and initiating conversations with new prospects

  • Ability to understand basic construction or technology concepts (familiarity with floor plans is a bonus)

  • Experience using CRM or ERP tools for tracking progress and managing pipelines

  • Highly organized, coachable, and self-motivated with strong follow-through

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
