Join uBreakiFix by Asurion as a Retail Technician where you'll repair devices, support customers, and get paid for leveling up your skills.

What You'll Do:
  • Troubleshoot + repair phones, tablets, and more
  • Talk tech in simple, helpful ways with customers
  • Hit performance goals and earn uncapped commission
  • Manage store inventory
  • Package and ship devices for same-day service
  • Promote Connected Home tech protection plans
  • Work flexible retail hours (incl. weekends)

What We're Looking For:
  • 6-12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware
  • Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills
