Help Ensure the Quality of Innovative Lighting & Smart Technology Products

WAC Group is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our top-notch Quality Team!

If you have computer skills for data entry and reporting, experience working with technical products, enjoy problem solving, and finding answers others may miss, this could be an excellent opportunity to build your career with an industry-leading LED lighting and smart technology manufacturer!

What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with electronics, electrical products, manufacturing, quality control, repair, testing, or technical troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP or database system for data entry and reporting

What You'll DoInvestigate Product Quality Issues
  • Inspect lighting and electronics products for defects and performance issues
  • Perform technical evaluations using test equipment, visual inspections, and diagnostic procedures
  • Identify root causes and document findings accurately and on time
Drive Quality Improvements
  • Create and maintain root cause and resolution reporting.
  • Track open quality issues and perform thorough follow through
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
