  • Leverage deep technical expertise in building and transportation technologies—including Building Integration Platforms, Networks, IoT, Audio Visual, and Energy Management Systems—to engage confidently at a technical level.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and ROI-driven business cases tailored to each client's operational objectives
  • Build and grow a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Cultivate long-term relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and specification wins
  • Stay current on industry standards, emerging smart technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously sharpen market positioning
  • Partner internally with engineering and operations to ensure solution accuracy and delivery confidence in proposals

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in a relevant technology sector (Smart Buildings, Smart Healthcare)
  • Demonstrated track record in direct-to owner or owner-representative sales — not exclusively contractor-to-contractor
  • Technical background in one or more of the following: building automation, energy management, integration, low-voltage systems, security, or structured cabling
  • Proven existing client relationships within the Smart Buildings, Healthcare, or Transportation sectors — a portable book of business is a strong asset
  • Experience working with engineering consultants and participating in specification-driven sales processes
