Job Description
Smart has an opening for a Recruiting / Staffing Manager. The position includes securing, onboarding, and scheduling crews for specialty construction projects. Salary $40-50k D.O.E.


Duties And Responsibilities

Advertising for open positions

Interviewing potential candidates

Conduct pre-employment assessments and screens.

Complete the onboarding process.

Create and manage employee files

Conduct new staff orientations

Schedule daily crews for current projects.
Support company Health and Safety Policies.

Requirements

1 year related experience.

Good communications skills both verbal and written.

Experience working in a fast paced environment.

Self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

. Experience in Employee Relations and Customer service is helpful.

Experience with MS Office Suite.
