  2. Partner closely with engineering and development teams to translate discovery findings into actionable technical specifications, providing clinical context and oversight throughout the development lifecycle.
  3. Act as the technical SME for EHR-to-payer and EHR-to-HIN integrations, specializing in FHIR-based data exchange and traditional interoperability frameworks, collaborating with business and product stakeholders.
  4. Lead the design and implementation of touchless prior authorization workflows, leveraging clinical workflows and automated medical record retrieval to reduce provider burden.
  5. Oversee technical connectivity and data strategy with major Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) and national networks

  3. Hands-on experience with popular EHR systems.
  4. Proven experience leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate software delivery while adhering to best practices for efficiency and ethical AI usage
  5. Proven ability to manage communication and delivery across multiple time zones, specifically working with offshore delivery centres
