You will be part of the Mark & Graham E-Commerce team, helping to support our site operations and personalization experience. Our job is to drive conversion and deliver a best-in-class online experience to our customers.
About the Role| Assistant Site Manager, Mark & Graham
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will execute online business and deliver a best-in-class dynamic personalization experience for the Mark & Graham site. You will assist the Mark & Graham eCommerce team with seasonal product launches, help manage the rollout of new site functionality and releases, and maintain a frictionless customer experience.

  • Manage implementation of site releases, interfacing with cross-functional teams: Creative, Merchandising, Inventory, Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure on time completion of project releases
  • Manage day-to day content management needs - home pages, banners, other cross-site content
  • Work with e-commerce team to develop and execute content strategies
  • Act like an owner of Markandgraham.com
  • Execute and audit personalization preview on product pages
  • Coordinate and administer rigorous testing for each project release and major site launches
  • Works on special projects regularly
  • Assist with seasonal product launches, including building out product pages, and managing product attribution
  • Review and execute eCommerce merchandising goals and strategies to drive sales, conversion and site KPIs
  • Log site bugs and open tickets with tech team to resolve
  • Perform ongoing site audits
  • Create and analyze various site reports
  • Coordinate and participate in daily site testing to ensure correct data integrity
  • Help maintain our site build calendar
  • Create and test site and promotions
  • Assist in creating new category/subcategories based on seasonal needs
  • Work with Site Manager on special projects related to operational improvements, site partnerships and comprehensive testing strategy
  • Identify and recommend new site content and experiences to address customer needs
  • Coordinate and administer ongoing testing for each project release and major site launches
  • Other projects as assigned

  • Minimum required: Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years previous eCommerce, digital marketing, or project management experience
  • Retail/merchandising experience a plus
  • Must be literate in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well-organized and extremely detail oriented
  • Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions
  • Experience with web analytics systems a plus
  • This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $64,900 - $73,000 Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
