What You'll Do

  • Service and repair commercial kitchen equipment including cooking, refrigeration, and ware-washing systems
  • Troubleshoot issues using diagrams, schematics, and hands-on diagnostics
  • Partner with restaurant and hospitality customers to keep their operations running
  • Communicate with manufacturers and internal technical support teams when needed
  • Install parts and complete repairs in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain accurate work orders, inventory, and service records

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (nights/weekends)
  • Ability to occasionally travel overnight
Preferred (But Not Required)
  • Technical certifications (EPA, CFESA, etc.)
  • Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks (kneeling, bending, climbing, etc.)
