DC Technician with over 8 years of experience supporting enterprise data center operations.

Proven expertise in hardware break/fix, server provisioning and decommissioning, and on-site technical support for high-availability infrastructure.

Adept at troubleshooting complex hardware, network connectivity, and system access issues while maintaining accurate asset, change, and incident documentation.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of best practices in rack-and-stack standards, structured cabling, and vendor coordination, contributing to compliance, uptime, and service continuity.

  • Diagnosed and repaired hardware failures affecting critical infrastructure supporting financial systems
  • Performed fiber optic and copper cabling maintenance, including cleaning fiber connections, verifying optical signal from servers and network cards, and inspecting Cat 5/Cat 6 cabling; coordinated cable replacement with cabling teams when necessary
  • Executed rack-and-stack operations for servers, including structured cabling and proper equipment placement
  • Tracked, managed, and maintained inventory of server components, tools, and peripherals
