We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Mechanic / Small Engine Mechanic to help maintain and repair our growing fleet of vehicles and landscaping equipment. This is a hands-on role where your technical abilities and leadership can make a real impact.
Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
Diagnose mechanical problems and complete necessary repairs efficiently
Conduct basic welding when needed
Maintain safety standards and follow proper procedures
Delegate assignments and supervise quality of work when necessary
Keep work areas clean and organized
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks
General mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Basic welding experience
Must have your own tools and a rolling toolbox
Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with workplace safety practices and procedures
