Now Hiring: Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and ensure smooth and accurate handling of orders and shipments. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Manage and lead a small warehouse team with a focus on efficiency and safety.
  • Route shipments and coordinate with carriers (FTL/LTL) using transportation management systems.
  • Process and manage sales orders, picking sheets, blanket POs, and EDI transactions including ASNs (Advance Shipping Notices).
  • Accurately decipher SKUs and pack-outs to meet product specifications and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through Excel spreadsheets and Sage 100 or other inventory control systems.
  • Operate forklifts and oversee safe handling of materials.
  • Ensure timely, detailed, and accurate order fulfillment while meeting deadlines.
 
Key Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with Sage 100 or other inventory control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of EDI processes including ASNs and order routing.
  • Background in inventory control and warehouse management.
  • Familiarity with FTL/LTL shipping and transportation management systems.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. as needed.
  • Experience leading and motivating a small team.
  • Ability to accurately interpret SKUs and follow pack-out specifications with keen attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in dynamic situations.
  • Forklift certification (preferred).
 
Experience Required:
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (flexibility to work later if needed)
  • Overtime on occasion when warranted by production needs.
