This is aย Full-Time driverย position with River City Delivery Company Inc, delivering packages for Amazon! (We have part-time roles available as well!)

We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the Company

  • Safelyย drive and perform safetyย inspectionsย on Company vehicle

  • Keep paceย inย physically demandingย job; work in allย weatherย conditions and on various routes;ย liftย packages (up to 70 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
  • Communicate effectivelyย with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
  • Useย smart phone deviceย for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
  • Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
  • Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Benefits & Scheduling:

  • Starting pay: $21.50 / hourย -ย Weeklyย paychecks!
  • 10-hour shifts are typical
  • 4-day workweek (40 hours)ย is typical for full-time
  • 3-day work week (30 hours) is typical for part-time
  • 2 paid 15-minuteย breaksย during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Must beย at least 21 years old
  • Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
  • Must have a safe driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening
  • Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /ย communicationย skills
