Job description

We are looking for a cheerful, motivated, articulate self-starter to join our Customer Service team. The job is within a call center setting for a cosmetics/skin care company. Responsibilities may include all of the following: answering phone calls, making outbound calls to existing customers, assisting customers with orders and product recommendation, processing orders, and/or packing small package orders for shipment.
