About Us

We are a well-established landscaping company dedicated to providing exceptional landscape construction services to high-end residential clients. Our team stands out for its ability to take on complex projects and create luxurious outdoor living spaces. We are currently seeking reliable landscape foremen-masons and operators to join our team.

Job Description

As a landscape foreman, you will be part of the team responsible for carrying out landscape construction projects. You will perform and supervise a variety of tasks such as excavation and demolition, site cleanup, paving installation, construction of natural-stone walls and patios, planting, and more.
This is a physical role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the job site remains clean and well organized.

  • Perform and supervise various manual tasks, including transporting materials, mixing concrete, shoveling soil and stone, placing stones and boulders, and planting perennials, shrubs, and trees.

  • Assist the project manager in overseeing all planned work for the project: preparation and demolition, installation according to architectural plans, finishing, and site cleanup.

  • Ensure the required quality standard is met for each task.

  • Maintain health and safety on all job sites.

  • Operate small tools, small machinery/mini-excavators, and dump trucks as needed and depending on experience.

  • Install mulch, decorative stone, and other landscaping materials.

  • Lay sod.

  • Perform any other landscaping-related tasks as needed and help supervise the landscaping team on site.

Requirements
