Gas Engine Drivability Technician 

  • Must be well versed and Knowledgeable with Ford vehicles  

  • Must have knowledge with FDRS and IDS diagnostic equipment 

  • Must be able to accurately diagnose Ford specific gas engine drivability concerns and systems such as: 

  • Check engine/ Wrench lights, Evaporative Emissions, Electronic module and component diagnosis, complex and advanced electronics/ engine management, Ignition systems, Gas Fuel Injection/ Fuel systems and operation, Advanced Networking, Wire Repair, Module programming, Mechanical Repairs. 

  • Must be able to work on a wide range of Ford vehicles from passenger cars to Medium Duty trucks.   

  • Pay Range: $35-42+ 

Position Overview: 

A Gas Engine Drivability Technician for Ford vehicles is essentially a specialized diagnostic expert who focuses on identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing complex drivability issues in Ford gasolinepowered engines and their supporting electronic systems. Here’s a clear, structured position overview based on the requirements you provided. 

Mobile Service Technician: 

  • Starting Pay: Up to $24 an hour plus production bonuses 

  • Hours: M-F, 7am-4pm 

  • Boot Reimbursements available 

Position Overview: 

This position involves performing routine maintenance, minor recalls, reprograms, in small repairs all done in the field utilizing a state-of-the-art mobile service van. We have multiple mobile service vans and a dedicated Mobile Service Coordinator. 

Used Car Technician: 

  • Pay Range: Flat rate pay ranging from $23-$27 per hour 

  • Hours: M-F, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm 

  • Boot and Tool Reimbursement program available 

Position Overview: 

The Used Car Technician will work exclusively on used vehicles owned but the dealership for reconditioning to later be sold on our used car lor or sent to wholesale. We have a VERY BUSY Used Car Department where our techs stay busy year round 

Main Shop Technician: 

  • Pay Range; Flat Rate Pay ranging from $23-45+ per hour 

  • Hours: M-F, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm 

  • Boot and Tool Reimbursement program available

This position covers retail, warranty, and ESP repairs of all types. We are a specialized shop with a proven path to success for our technicians. From electronics, drivetrain, engines, transmissions, HVAC, and much more!
