Job description

FCJS seeks to add 2 Service Techs to its Maintenance Department:

The tech will travel all through Missouri and Illinois servicing major retail, hotel, and restaurant chains. The tech will provide a variety of different services plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, handyman work, small construction etc.

As a Handyman for our company, you will:

.Communicate with clients to identify any issues and discuss the terms of service.

.Evaluate the premises to determine the most effective method of repair.

.Conduct repairs, installations, and replacements as needed.

.Test all repairs thoroughly to ensure that they are all installed safely and correctly.

.Provide customers with advice on proper maintenance practices.

Qualifications:

.5+ years of handyman work

.2 years Plumbing

.1-year landscaping

.Reliable transportation

.Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems preferred

.Familiarity with common hand and power tools.

.Excellent communication and organizational skills.

.A flexible work schedule and access to reliable transportation.

Compensation:

.$30-$40 per hour
