What is a slu?

SLU, or Service Level Units, are commonly used in various industries to measure and manage the performance of services provided to customers. They help organizations define expected service standards, such as response times, uptime, and resolution times, ensuring that service providers meet their contractual obligations. SLUs are essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction and are often tracked through service level agreements (SLAs). They can be applied in IT, telecommunications, and other service-oriented sectors to monitor and improve service delivery.
