Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab in Glendale, Wisconsin. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech-language pathology services to our patients, including evaluation, assessment, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal communication and swallowing skills
• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions, in a variety of settings
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care coordination
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathology
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient care
