Job description

Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a contract Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. Provide evidence-based therapy and collaborate with an educational team in a welcoming school environment. This full-time opportunity guarantees 40 hours per week, with clear boundaries-enjoy peace of mind knowing you won't be tasked with extra duties outside your contracted hours.
Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Current CCC or completing CFY requirements
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Responsibilities:
  • Manage an elementary caseload, evaluating and treating students with diverse communication needs
  • Deliver direct and indirect services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Develop session plans, maintain documentation, and monitor student progress
  • Consult with teachers, families, and support staff for holistic student care
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary problem-solving
