Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience working with students in a K-12 school environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet students’ individual needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote effective communication strategies and student progress
  • Maintain accurate student records and track progress toward therapeutic goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide consultation and resources to educators for classroom support and integration
