Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled SLP services to residents in a post-acute/SNF setting.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Meet productivity standards while maintaining high quality of care.
  • Participate in patient/family education and discharge planning as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Valid CA state licence as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — required.
