Job description

Step confidently into your speech-language pathology career with a dynamic contract position available for Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) ready to make a meaningful impact across multiple school sites in West Palm Beach, FL. This opportunity offers full supervision support and the ability to collaborate with experienced SLP-CCC mentors. You'll be instrumental in supporting students from PreK through high school, with caseloads and age groups varying based on assignment and preference.
You'll enjoy a full-time schedule totaling 35 hours per week, with start and end dates spanning the 2026-2027 academic year. Multiple locations across the county are available and can be combined for full-time schedules. Supervision is provided for SLP-CFs (please note: SLPAs are not currently being accepted for these roles).
Key Qualifications:

  • Provisional FL SLP License from the Department of Health (active status required)
  • Enthusiastic SLP-CF ready for supervision
  • Completion of fingerprint/background checks (prior prints may be verified)
  • Willingness to participate in internal video interviews for eligibility
  • Commitment to timely onboarding and credentialing requirements
Role Responsibilities:
  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students in diverse educational settings
  • Collaborate closely with mentors, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Rotate between school sites as needed, with caseloads aligned to your interests
