Job description

Embrace a rewarding opportunity working with K-8 students in a school setting as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This contract position offers the chance to make a significant impact by providing direct therapy, assessments, and case management services to a caseload of around 60 students. The assignment begins August 5th and extends through May 23rd, with 7-hour workdays that allow for a balanced professional schedule.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for helping students succeed in their communication and academic goals. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals in a dynamic educational environment, utilizing your expertise to support learners at critical developmental stages.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in school settings, particularly with K-8 students, is highly valued
  • Knowledge of best practices for delivering effective speech and language therapy in educational environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage direct therapy, assessments, and case documentation
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
