Responsibilities
- General maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Slot Machinesand SMS equipment
- Respond to any machine malfunctions on the casino floorin a timely manner
- Communicate with Tech level II or higher any machine malfunctions they are unable to fix
- Effectively communicate with the slot operations team and fellow technicians
- Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines. Provide answers, explanations and rectify problems as appropriate
- Provide a high level of customer service to guests and team members
- Understand and adhere to departmental and company SOPs
- Complete required training and development objectives within assigned time frame
- Projects a positive attitude and image at all times
- Collaborate and work within a team-driven environment
- Accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks
- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter
- All other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required; Technical or Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months’ customer facing experience
- PC proficiency
- Technical background preferred
- Prior experience within slots/VLT department is a plus
- Network troubleshooting experience is a plus
