Job description

Overview
  • Assists the Director of Slots in designing, maintaining and controlling the slot database and slot floor.
  • Assists in analysis and design activities associated with the development and maintenance of the database and Slot Floor.
  • Analyzes all informational requirements, develops database specifications, and enforces all database standards.
  • Ensures system is always in compliance with the Colorado Division of Gaming standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Plans, schedules, and assigns tasks to personnel as required ensuring orderly additions and /or changes to the Slot Floor.
  • Maintains an accurate, up to date and secure database.
  • Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, security procedures, and ICMP controls for access.
  • Collaborates with other departments to schedule upgrades, modifications, and required maintenance.
  • Maintains knowledge of database technology development through training courses, seminars, and publications.
  • Maintains compliance with Colorado gaming regulations.
  • Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed.
  • Recommends new games when available.
