Job description

Summary, Role

A Slot Performance and Repair Manager will oversee the technical operations of casino gaming devices, ensuring maximum uptime, regulatory compliance, and optimal performance. Key duties include managing slot technicians, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, coordinating machine installations or conversions, and the training for slot floor personnel.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Technical Management: Supervise, train, and schedule slot technicians to ensure efficient repair, maintenance, and installation of slot machines, ticket kiosks, and related gaming equipment.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor slot data systems to analyze machine performance and ensure optimal, consistent operation of all electronic gaming devices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance, installations, and repairs adhere strictly to state gaming control board regulations and internal policies.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the installation, relocation, and removal of gaming devices, including the setup of new floor layouts and software upgrades.
  • Inventory Control: Manage the inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure timely repairs. 


Requirements (KSA’s)

  • Working knowledge of State and Federal Gaming and employment regulations
  • Minimum of five years slot maintenance in a technical role experience preferred
  • Basic to Intermediate skills in typing and computer software skills 
  • Ability to quickly learn the slot system
  • Active Gaming registration is preferred, but at a minimum, you must be able to obtain Gaming registration
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • English preferred, not required 


Education, certificates:

High school diploma or equivalent 

Physical requirements:

Standing for long periods at a time, walking, bending, reaching, pushing and pulling

Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
