Job description

Eclipse Compliance Testing, a leader in testing gaming devices and online systems (amusement games, slot machines, video poker machines, keno, bingo, lottery systems, etc.) for use by more than 250 gaming jurisdictions throughout North America and around the world, is seeking a Business Development Manager – B2B Sales for deriving new sources of revenue and new customers in the casino gaming, charitable gaming, skill gaming, online gaming, and lottery industries.  The successful candidate will be also be responsible for maintaining established business relationships with current customers. 

Candidates should have experience with sales of professional services.  Familiarity with the gaming, amusement and/or lottery industries would be beneficial but not necessary.  As an established, yet growing, business, we are seeking dynamic, motivated and talented individuals with varied interests and disciplines, and the drive to achieve success.

Excellent verbal and written skills are required.  Our staff must be able to communicate and relay information directly to and from customers and management in a clear and concise manner, as well as identify new opportunities.  Foreign language fluency is a plus but not required.

No relocation benefits are offered for this position.  Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Oversee daily sales operations

·        Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

·        Establish sales goals and metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields;

·        Strong leadership qualities;

·        Strong negotiation skills;

·        Bachelors Degree (preferred), or Associates Degree (minimum), or equivalent work experience in one or more of the following disciplines (or can be working toward degree):
