  • Primarily responsible for the administration of Casino Marketing
  • Assist the Slot Marketing Manager in the operation of the Casino Marketing department
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment within the Casino Host functions
  • Work independently on player development
  • Devote majority of time in the casino providing personalized service to the guests
  • Identify and develop personal relationships with new and first time guests
  • Communicate constantly with Casino Game operations and other Casino Marketing cast members
  • Contact guests personally and/or send correspondence to invite them to enjoy amenities and/or to special events
  • Issue complementaries based on player ratings
  • Host outside entertainment for our guests, such as professional sporting events, dinners, and theaters
  • Promote casino marketing programs via telemarketing
  • Follow all safety rules
  • Adhere to departmental quality standards
  • Maintain compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Work within the guidelines established by the company
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
