Job description


This role provides fast, friendly, and excellent service while enrolling new members on the casino floor. Representatives maintain accurate customer information, uphold high standards of data integrity, and promote Caesars Rewards benefits and promotions to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities
  • Solicit and identify new premium slot customers on the casino floor for the Caesars Rewards Program.
  • Issue point vouchers and complimentary items based on customer account information.
  • Acknowledge, greet, and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Create and issue Caesars Rewards cards while promoting program benefits and related promotions.
  • Maintain database integrity by following high standards of data entry.
  • Ensure protection of customer rewards, personal information, and credit lines.
  • Promote Caesars properties by interacting with guests in an enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly manner.
  • Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Qualifications
  • Previous commission, telemarketing, or retail sales experience preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience with proven ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer experience required.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to generate business by signing up qualified players.
  • Ability to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Gaming Sheriff's Card / Gaming License.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to work well with others and function as part of a team.
  • Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance.

Wage $15.00 per hour
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel and Caesars Rewards areas for the entire shift.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Must remain aware of ongoing changes and enhancements to the Caesars Rewards program.
  • Must be able to respond calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Responds to visual and aural cues.
  • Manual dexterity required to operate equipment including computer, telephone, copier, fax machine, ten-key, embosser, printer, and bar encoder.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
