Overview: Machine Operator:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality components and products efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with advanced manufacturing equipment, and a commitment to maintaining precise standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and productivity are paramount.

Responsibilities: Machine Operator:
  • Operate and monitor various machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC programming equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set up machines according to specifications using blueprint reading, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure safety compliance.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Adjust machine parameters using Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CAM programming, and CNC programming techniques.
  • Handle materials safely within the warehouse environment, including materials handling with forklifts when necessary.
  • Collaborate with assembly line teams for seamless production flow and packaging operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and quality checks.
