We are currently seeking candidates to fill a Machine Operator VI role.  This role is part of a career lattice where our employees get rewarded and recognized for cross training and learning new skills. Team Members will be cross trained based on various tasks in support of production operations. 

What will you do in this role?  

  • Perform as an operator on the facilities’ slitter machine.  
    Work to achieve maximum productivity and quality in the slitting area.
    Perform necessary adjustments to the slitter machine.
    Monitor slitter operations, check quality and detect defects.
    Operate computer, complete daily paperwork, and maintain production records.
  • Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned. 

What does it take to be successful in this role?  

  • Typically requires a HS or GED and equivalent relevant experience 
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system
