Direct Support Professional- Overnights Part Time

Washington | Union | Sullivan, MO


$20/hour | Paid Training | No Experience Needed


ABiLITY is currently hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals for overnight shifts—including both awake and rest (sleep) positions.

If you’re looking for a overnight role with meaningful work, this is a great fit.

Schedule & Shift Type

Overnight Shifts Only (must be available between 10 PM – 9 AM)

  • Awake Overnight (active support)
  • Rest Overnight (sleep shift with on-call responsibilities)
  • Must be available to work every other weekend

Pay

  • $20/hr – Standard overnight
  • Overnight rest shifts include designated hours of rest (12 AM-5 AM) with a reduced hourly rate during that time. Full details can be provided during the interview process.

No Experience Required

We provide paid training + certifications, including:

  • CPR / First Aid/AED
  • Medication Aide (L1MA)
  • Crisis Prevention

What You’ll Do

  • Provide overnight supervision and support
  • Assist with bedtime/morning routines
  • Ensure safety and comfort
  • Respond to needs during the night
  • Complete simple documentation
