Job description

Dental Assistant — Front & Back Office (Full-Time) Ramin Homanfar, D.D.S. | Reno Sleep Dentistry Reno, NV 89511 | $16–$25/hr DOE

About the Practice

Reno Sleep Dentistry is a well-established, patient-centered practice led by Dr. Ramin Homanfar. We're known for high-quality care, a supportive team culture, and long-term staff who genuinely enjoy where they work. We're hiring a Dental Assistant who can flex between front and back office and grow with us long-term.

What You'll Do

  • Chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry
  • Set up and break down operatories
  • Take dental X-rays
  • Polish and assist with hygiene procedures
  • Support front office tasks (scheduling, patient check-in/out, phones)
  • Help keep the day running smoothly across both clinical and admin needs

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in dental assisting OR front office in a dental practice
  • Comfortable working both front and back office
  • X-Ray Certification preferred
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and easy to work with
  • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
  • Looking for long-term employment, not a stepping stone

Schedule (Full-Time, In-Person)

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00–1:30, occasionally extended)
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (no lunch)
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
