Summary Job Description

The Salesforce Slack Migration SME is responsible for leading and supporting enterprise-wide migrations to Slack, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and business readiness. The role serves as the primary expert on Slack migration strategy, governance, integrations, user adoption, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of Slack migration projects.
  • Provide expertise on Slack Enterprise Grid, governance, security, and integrations.
  • Partner with business, IT, and project teams to define migration strategies and requirements.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate migration risks and resolve implementation issues.
  • Develop migration documentation, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experiencein collaboration platforms, digital workplace transformation, or migration projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise collaboration platform migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Slack, Slack Enterprise Grid, governance, and security.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
