What you'll be responsible for:
Circle is seeking a senior solutions engineer to join our Capital Markets team in the United States, supporting engagements with traditional exchanges, clearing houses, and prime brokers. You will define and execute solution validation processes across the entire customer lifecycle, from discovery through post-sales implementation. Working directly with prospects, partners, and customers, you will guide technical evaluations, develop customized proof-of-concepts, and create implementation plans that articulate the value of Circle's suite of products and services.

What you'll work on:

- Collaborating with Business Development on technical and solution aspects of partner engagements

- Leading technical discovery sessions to capture partner requirements and design customized solutions

- Partnering with product and engineering teams to collect market feedback and influence the product roadmap

- Owning post-sales technical support and implementation oversight across the customer lifecycle

- Building and maintaining an internal knowledge repository of existing and forthcoming products

- Representing the solutions engineering team at key industry events and conferences

What you'll bring to Circle:

Core Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Product Manager

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling communications

- Proven track record designing and validating technical solutions for large, complex organizations

- Hands-on experience with API testing, database querying, and technical workflow documentation

- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development

Preferred Requirements:

- Capital markets or fintech industry background

- Experience managing technical teams

- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite

- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer and partner engagements

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $185,000-$237,500
