Compensation Details:
Compensation: Salary ($65k - $70k)

What You Need to Bring:
3+ years of progressive management experience in fine dining & service-focused restaurants
Experience hiring, training and mentoring a diverse hourly FOH staff of at least 25+ people
Excellent communication, critical thinking & decision-making skills
Experience meeting financial goals, managing P&L
Ability to drive and measure performance/success
Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
Team Development and Training
Working knowledge of food safety and proper food handling.
Strong sense of accountability for your workspace and schedule.
Initiative-you handle tasks without needing to be asked.

Hazards Encountered:
This role involves working with kitchen tools, machinery, and equipment that can be potentially hazardous if not handled correctly. The environment includes hot foods, liquids, pans, and grease, as well as wet or slippery surfaces. Cleaning and sanitizing chemicals are also used and must be handled safely to prevent injury or contamination. Heavy lifting, carrying, and handling materials are required, and proper technique must be used to avoid injury.
