CDL A Driver - Land O Sky

Calling all regional CDL A drivers! Established in 2014, Land 'O Sky Distributors is a growing regional freight hauling company owned by Ingles Markets with a modernized company fleet. Join Ingles Markets' dynamic transportation team for an exciting new career opportunity. Pay: $90,000 per year (average $1,500+ weekly) Shift: Full-time. Regional driving (U.S. Southeast), home weekly, rotating shifts including swing/night, weekends, and holidays sometimes required. Region: Area of operations extends from Maryland to Florida to Texas; mostly covering the east coast and southeast region. Cargo: 100% no-touch dry van or reefer freight. Requirements: Must live less than 1 hour from Black Mountain, NC 1+ year of Class A commercial driving experience required Current valid CDL A Current valid medical card Clean MVR No DUI 21+ years of age This position requires you to live within 1 hour of Black Mountain, NC (No exceptions at this time) Background check and pre-employment drug screen Potential pay incentives for drivers with Tanker endorsement, and reefer experience.

Responsibilities: No freight handling Perform pre-and post-trip inspections Deliver milk products to the southeast 365 days a year Plan and meet delivery schedules Pick up loads from suppliers Fill out the proper paperwork Drive safely and treat customers with courtesy and respect Always have complete control of equipment and products at all times Perform other duties assigned Employment may be contingent on successfully passing a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable law.
