COTA - Occupational Therapy Assistant
Join our Dynamic Team at Sky Blue Healthcare LLC

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate COTA (Occupational Therapy Assistant) to join our skilled therapy team at Sky Blue Healthcare LLC in Broken Arrow, OK. As a critical member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist occupational therapists in the delivery of occupational therapy services to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and conditions

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient needs and progress

  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional abilities

  • Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to achieve patient goals

  • Document patient progress and communicate with occupational therapists and other healthcare team members

  • Participate in team meetings and consultations to ensure effective collaboration and communication

Requirements:
