Medical Assistant

Spa Medicca is a premier, five-star medical spa located in Cincinnati, OH, providing a full-service menu of aesthetic medicine and skincare treatments. We are proud to be recognized as a Top 150 medical spa practice, ranking in the top 1% in the entire United States for Botox, Juvéderm, and CoolSculpting procedures.


The Medical Assistant plays a key role in supporting our providers with patient care, treatment preparation, documentation, and safety protocols. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic environment and enjoys delivering high-quality, personalized patient care. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and room patients, verify appointment details, and ensure comfort
  • Take and document medical history, consent forms, and treatment notes (HIPAA compliant)
  • Assist providers during injections, laser procedures, and skincare treatments (within scope)
  • Prepare, clean, and restock treatment rooms and instruments
  • Capture before/after photos and maintain proper photo documentation
  • Assist front desk team with scheduling, payments, and patient communication
  • Help manage clinical inventory, including injectables and skincare stock
  • Receive, unpack, and organize shipments
  • Maintain safety, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
  • Educate patients on post-care instructions and treatment expectations
Requirements:
