Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to orthopaedic patients under the supervision of an experienced orthopedic surgeon, including diagnostic, therapeutic, procedural, and preventative services.
  • Conduct thorough patient examinations, accurately diagnose conditions, and determine appropriate treatment plans, including interpreting radiology results and lab reports.
  • Administer patient histories, write necessary prescriptions, and order appropriate therapies while proactively monitoring patient progress.
  • Assist in surgical procedures, leveraging your training to offer support under the direct supervision of attending surgeons, ensuring high standards of safety and care.
  • Manage patient care across the spectrum of the orthopaedic experience, from inpatient management to outpatient follow-ups and consultations, ensuring continuity of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients who have a range of orthopaedic conditions, including acute injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and post-operative rehabilitation needs. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, accompanied by graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program with a Master's Degree or PhD preferred.

  • DEA Certificate must be acquired within three months of your hiring date.
