Join Amazon's Global Transportation Services organization as a Learning & Development Program Manager, where you'll shape the future of our workforce through innovative learning solutions. In this dynamic role, you will design and implement high-impact learning programs for corporate teams while partnering with business leaders and technical experts across Amazon Operations. You'll drive program excellence through data-driven decisions and best practices, leading cross-functional initiatives to deliver scalable learning solutions.
We're seeking a learning professional who brings deep expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design, along with a proven track record in program management and stakeholder collaboration

The ideal candidate possesses communication and influencing skills, with the ability to execute with speed while maintaining exceptional quality. Above all, you should have a passion for developing others and driving organizational growth. This position offers exceptional visibility and the opportunity to shape learning strategies that power one of the world's largest logistics networks.
Key job responsibilities
>Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
>Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content
>Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various authoring tools - such as Vyond, Articulate Storyline, Adobe
>Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives
>Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
>Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
>Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
>Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies
>Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
>Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs
