Are you a skilled tradesperson with a sharp eye for precision, hands-on glass handling skills, and pride in clean architectural installations? American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier residential, commercial, and industrial glass contractor in Cowlitz County, WA to hire a full-time Glazier / Skilled Glass Installer. In this high-precision trade role, you will accurately measure, cut, fit, install, and repair custom glass, mirrors, window units, storefronts, and industrial glazing systems. If you bring reliable craftsmanship, safe glass handling techniques, and a valid driver’s license, let's get you on the crew!


Description for Glazier / Glass Installer:


  • Accurately measure, score, cut, edge, and prepare glass, mirrors, and acrylic panels to exact project specifications.
  • Install and replace glass in residential windows, shower enclosures, commercial storefronts, curtain walls, skylights, and industrial structures.
  • Fasten glass panes into wood, vinyl, aluminum, or steel frames using clips, molding, gaskets, sealants, and structural adhesives.
  • Safely operate specialized glazier tools, suction cups, glass cutters, grinders, power drills, and leveling equipment.
  • Perform on-site repair, removal, and replacement of cracked, damaged, or fogged insulated glass units.
  • Maintain clean, hazard-free job sites and strictly adhere to glass handling safety standards and PPE requirements.

  • Pay Rate:$20.00 – $28.00 / hour (Scaling based on glazing background, cutting skill, and trade experience / DOE).
  • Schedule: Daytime Shift | Monday – Friday (30–40+ hours per week based on project workload).
