Job description

Please read carefully before applying:

  • Must be able to drive all over the KC Metro area including NKC, Lees Summit, Independence, Midtown, Downtown and SKC.
  • Must have reliable transportation. Proof of Insurance is required.
  • Must be able to work as early as 6am and as late as 10pm. These times can vary
  • Must be able to work alternating weekends.
  • Must be a hard worker. This position is NOTcompanion care. No sitting down or personal cell phone usage is permitted.
  • Must deliver ALL hours of care to clients.

Home Health Aide Caregiver will be guaranteed 30 hours minimum per week, but not limited to 30. Guarantee contingent on Aide accepting available shifts. Primary roll would be working in the field to fill temporary assignments. Home Health Aide will be required to provide competent, accurate and safe delivery of care to all patients. Secondary roll would be to work with the office staff to assist with various office duties. A high level of responsibility, dependability and maturity is required to fill this position.

Hours - 30 hours, work times vary. Applicant MUST be available Sunday-Saturday, early morning to evening. Flexible schedule is a requirement. No overnight shifts. Must be willing to drive all over the KC Metro area including North KC.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Prior scheduling experience preferred.
  • Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel and Scheduling program.
  • Basic medical terminology.
  • Interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out directions, read and write.
  • Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
