Job description

Senior Project Manager responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver assigned site and inter-site projects (process improvements, equipment installations, facility upgrades/expansions), ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams; define scope, objectives, deliverables; develop and maintain project plans/schedules; track milestones; manage changes to scope/schedule/costs.
  • Serve as primary project communications contact; run project meetings; provide status updates (progress, risks, mitigation, decisions).
  • Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues and elevate as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health/safety and quality/regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP, OSHA, ISO, SOPs); manage Quality System records where required (e.g., change/documentation control); maintain audit-ready project documentation.
  • Coordinate resources; lead/mentor teams; manage external vendors/contractors.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support Agile/Lean/Six Sigma methodology adoption.
Qualifications/skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or related field.
  • 4+ years relevant project experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
  • Preferred: PMP (or similar), Lean/Six Sigma, Master’s degree, GxP manufacturing (pharma/medical devices/food & beverage), CapEx project experience, knowledge of global regulatory expectations (e.g., FDA/EMA), PM methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum), organizational change management, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Asana, Jira).
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
Working environment:
  • 100% on-site; daily interaction with teams across two local facilities; occasional travel; flexibility for multiple shifts/weekends/overtime.
