Incorporating regular breaks, such as standing or stretching every hour, can help maintain energy levels and reduce physical strain. Utilizing ergonomic chairs and adjusting desk setups are also important for promoting good posture and minimizing discomfort. Additionally, organizing tasks to vary between computer work, meetings, and collaborative activities helps prevent monotony and keeps you engaged throughout the workday.

What is a sitting job?
