How You'll Make a Difference
As a Service Technician I (Heavy Line), you'll help keep our customers' Earth and AG equipment running safely and reliably. Whether you're working at a customer site or in our shop, you'll diagnose problems, make repairs, and tackle the hands-on work that keeps businesses moving.
What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and rebuild equipment. Work on engines, electric motors, transmissions, drive axles, hydraulics, brakes, steering, electrical and lifting systems, and other major components.
  • Keep equipment safe and reliable. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic welding while following manufacturer specifications.
  • Put safety first, every day. Properly block, chock, chain, and disassemble equipment; maintain a clean work environment; and follow company safety practices along with applicable DOT and OSHA requirements.
  • Take ownership of the job. Maintain needed parts and supplies, complete service documentation on time, participate in required training and certifications, and provide dependable service to our customers.

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ year of experience repairing designated equipment or working in a related industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and an understanding of the equipment and operations you'll support.
  • Good communication and customer service skills, along with a willingness to learn,
  • Ability to perform hands-on work, including frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
