Job description

Job Title: Sitecore Technical Architect
Location: Titusville, NJ (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days/week onsite)
Experience: 10–18 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-level Sitecore solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.x, Headless Architecture, XM Cloud/Sitecore AI CMS, Next.js, React, and modern cloud-based development practices. This is a highly technical, hands-on leadership role requiring client interaction, solution architecture, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable Sitecore solutions following industry best practices.
  • Lead end-to-end Sitecore implementation and modernization projects.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Drive Sitecore Headless implementations using Next.js and React.js.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
  • Review code and ensure adherence to Sitecore best practices including Helix and SXA.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and support production environments.
  • Participate in Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and cloud deployments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and cloud deployments.
  • Remain hands-on with development whenever required.

Required Technical Skills

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 7+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sitecore Headless Architecture.
  • 1+ year of experience with Sitecore 10.x.
  • Strong expertise in Sitecore Architecture, development, deployment, and support.
  • Experience with:
    • Sitecore SXA
    • Helix Architecture
    • Search Solutions
    • Customizations & Integrations
    • Sitecore Upgrades
    • Production Support & Troubleshooting
  • Experience with Sitecore on Azure and DevOps.
  • Experience implementing XM Cloud or Sitecore AI CMS.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Next.js
    • React.js
    • HTML5
    • CSS3
    • JavaScript
  • Experience building Headless CMS solutions.
  • Experience with Microservices Architecture.
  • Experience with Vercel deployment platform.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Sitecore Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Strong cloud knowledge across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sitecore 10 XM Cloud Developer Certification (preferred).
  • Sitecore MVP recognition is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading Sitecore implementation programs.
  • Strong client-facing consulting experience.
