Job Title: Sitecore Technical Architect
Location: Titusville, NJ (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days/week onsite)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-level Sitecore solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.x, Headless Architecture, XM Cloud/Sitecore AI CMS, Next.js, React, and modern cloud-based development practices. This is a highly technical, hands-on leadership role requiring client interaction, solution architecture, and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Sitecore solutions following industry best practices.
- Lead end-to-end Sitecore implementation and modernization projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Drive Sitecore Headless implementations using Next.js and React.js.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Review code and ensure adherence to Sitecore best practices including Helix and SXA.
- Resolve complex technical issues and support production environments.
- Participate in Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and cloud deployments.
